1Password: best UX, mature admin controls, ~$8/user/mo. Bitwarden: open source, cheaper ($3-5/user/mo), SOC 2 + HIPAA, technical teams love it. Dashlane: middle ground. Media Express matches tool to your team + budget.

Do we really need hardware keys (YubiKey)?

For admins, executives, engineers with access to production systems or financial accounts — yes. Hardware keys are unphishable. For general users, TOTP or push MFA is sufficient. Media Express recommends 5-15 YubiKeys for most companies.

What about SMS-based 2FA?

Never as primary MFA. SIM swap attacks are common. SMS is acceptable only as a fallback for accounts that don't support TOTP or push. Media Express migrates SMS to TOTP or hardware key.

How long does the rollout take?

Starter: 2-3 weeks. Standard: 4-6 weeks. Rollout speed depends more on your team's availability for training than on Media Express capacity.

What if an employee leaves suddenly?
